Caribbean Rock Lobsters (Langouste) or Panulirus argus. We supply wild caught lobsters from the seas of the Caribbean. Lobster harvests are sustainably managed. During the mating season there is a total ban on fishing. Season opens now in June/August and even then, only those weighing 650g and above can be legally harvested.
We export LIVE lobsters worldwide to the Far East and Europe and offer very competitive prices.
IQF Frozen are available in bulk container loads.
